Dear Mr. Tim and Ms. Debbie,

My sons are learning about goals, discipline, acheiving, responsibility and most importantly respect for
themselves and others. They enjoy attending karate everyday, seeing their friends, working together and
learning new moves. Tim and Debbie are super role models and provide a creative, fun-rewarding
environment for all participants to develop.

Thank You,
Joan Pennell

Dear Mr. Tim and Ms. Debbie,

I am writing to give you my heartfelt gratitude for what you have done for Michael. He has been with your
program for two years now and has progressed through the belts to be a brown belt at this point. I could not
be more proud! I believe that your program has provided him with greater confidence and an ability to
defend himself (if it were absolutely necessary). He uses the aspects of control espoused by your training
when engaging in the activties that comprise his daily life. I truely beleive that he is a better person (and will
be a better person) because of the training he has gained. My Favorite part of your school creed is that
"We are here to Change". You encourage your students towards the ideal of a "Black Belt Attitude".
Your program does not rework a child's personality; it enhances it and shows the child how to make the
best use of their talents. This is NOT a daycare, it is a program that helps children grow into better people
who will become aware of, and make the best use of their potential. Thank You for everything you have
done for my son.

Dear Mr. Tim and Ms. Debbie,

My son Eddie started at Tim McCahan American Karate Studio during the summer program. He was only
4 years old at the time. He started out with a timid, yet eager mind and his begining White Belt. Now, he is            a very confident 8 year old boy who just earned his Brown Belt, Jr. Instructor acheivement, and to top it all              off the Student Of The Year award. In the last several years there has been a lot of physical and mental
growth that has occurred within my son. I of course, as his mother, will always be his biggest fan and think
he is the best no matter what! HOWEVER, the faith, persistence and individual attention that Mr. Tim has
shown towards my son and every child at his karate studio goes beyond any karate school or after school
program that I have ever seen. I cannot say enough about the program at Tim McCahan American Karate
Studio. Mr. Tim, Ms. Debbie, and the entire staff have been a wonderful influence to eddie and myself. I
honestly feel I owe a very large part of his self-respect, respect for others, self-esteem, self-confidence and
his over all POSTIVE DIRECTION to this program. Mr. Tim has been a wonderful role model and a male
influence in Eddie's life during some very important years of his life. I highly recommend this program to
every parent who wants ti instill good values and respect in thier children.

       Sincerely,
       Sonya Wiesen

Dear Mr. Tim and Ms. Debbie,

I have been trying to write something that expresses my gratitude for all you do and for the karate school.
Please post this on your website for others to see. as you know, Tyler came to your program about 2 years
ago. At that time you could barely get him to look someone in the eye when he spoke. He felt awkward
and uncoordinated, like most 8-year olds. It is remarkable to see the change in just a few short years.
Now he exudes confidence and looks forward to working towards the next goal. He has often mentioned
that he wants to become a Black Belt. This is all great, but I wanted to share with you a conversation Tyler
and I had on the way home the other day. I was asking him about the upcoming testing and he shared that
when he changed belts to the next color he wanted to speak to his class. I asked him what he would like to
say to them. He wanted to tell them about  the things karate has taught him, self-respect, respect for others,
courage, strength, and integrity. He said he was learning a lot about honesty, about being an honest person.
As I looked at this already wonderful person, I was so awestruck at the impact his involvement in karate has
already had in his life... and even more so because he understood that himself as well.

Thank You so much for your vision and leadership.

Sincerely,
Lynn Gervais

Dear Mr. Tim and ms. Debbie,

You guys at American Martial Arts After School Karate are dedicated in providing the utmost development
to our daughter Shyanne Sword. She has been going there for about a year and a half. Your primary focus
is on the students in becoming better individuals in life. You have taught her to be more confident in all she
does. She is demonstrating more respect and goodness towards all. Her academics are above grade
level. We are very proud of her. When we ask her, "What she wants to become?" she replies strongly,
"A Black Belt". American Martial Arts is the greatest thing that has happened to our daughter. It is very
convenient that you pick her up after school and knowing she is in a safe and rewarding environment.
We now know she will be independent and relying on herself to do the right things in her long life ahead.
She has met a lot of new friends and enjoys being there with everyone and you guys especially.

Sincerely,
The Swords
